Standard personal training (PT) consist of 45-minute, one-on-one sessions. Sessions are developed on individual goals, genetics, age, BMI, and body fat percent. *PT sessions are flexible and can be divided throughout the week e.g. 1 day per week, 2 days per week, 3 day per week.
